Common Questions

Everything you need to know about prenatal and family chiropractic care.

Is chiropractic care safe during pregnancy?

Yes. Our techniques are adapted for pregnancy, including positioning and pressure for each trimester. Dr. Aubree is Webster Technique certified, with care focused on pelvic balance, comfort, and supporting healthy movement throughout pregnancy.

What is the Webster Technique?

The Webster Technique is a chiropractic approach focused on the sacrum, pelvis, and surrounding soft tissues. It is commonly used when caring for pregnant patients and is designed to address tension or restriction affecting pelvic function.

Can the Webster Technique turn a breech baby?

The Webster Technique is not a baby-turning procedure and does not guarantee a change in fetal position. It focuses on pelvic and sacral function and may help reduce tension so the baby has the opportunity to move naturally. Questions about fetal position and birth planning should always be discussed with your obstetric provider.

What if I have never seen a chiropractor before?

No problem. Many of our new patients are visiting a chiropractor for the first time. Your appointment begins with a conversation, a hands-on evaluation, and clear recommendations based on your comfort and goals. We explain what we are doing before any treatment begins.

Do you treat kids and infants too?

Yes. We care for infants, children, teens, and adults using techniques appropriate for each age and stage of development.

What happens at my first appointment?

Your first visit includes a review of your health history, a physical and movement assessment, an explanation of what we find, and personalized recommendations. Depending on your needs and comfort level, treatment may begin during that visit.

Do you accept insurance?

Raise Chiropractic is a cash-based practice and does not bill insurance directly. Payment is collected at the time of service. Upon request, we can provide a detailed receipt or superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so we recommend contacting your insurer directly to confirm your benefits.

Do I need a referral to schedule?

A referral is generally not required. You can book directly online or call our office at (720) 432-5140 with questions about your specific situation.
